I asked our Chemist friend to explain why I could not get the Vanilla Absolute to mix totally into
the Jojoba when making a 10% dilution when I was blending it.
He said that unless we use a different carrier -
there is NO WAY you will get a 10% dilution of Pure Vanilla Absolute to mix with Jojoba.
He told us that 1-3% is about the maximum for Vanilla Absolute to stay mixed with Jojoba.

So what does this mean to you?
Well, in honesty, when you find on a website that is
selling Vanilla Absolute in a 10% dilution in Jojoba OR any other oil - they are not being truthful. Plain and Simple.
OR it has not been mixed with the carrier they say.
Of course, they may have been hoodwinked by their supplier or
maybe it isn't Vanilla Absolute but someother extract. Buyer Beware.
So Please know, that although I cannot tell you the exact amount in dilution, I know that it is at least 2-3% and
it SMELLS absolutely WONDERFUL!! It is at the correct dilution to use in most recipes of about the 2-3%.
We blend it here and let it age for several months before we sell it so we know you are getting the best
Vanilla Absolute in Jojoba that can be found. (Unless of course, you blend it yourself!)

Hi, I came across your website by doing a search for Lotion base Essential Oils.
I've been searching for several weeks, trying to find lotions that had essential oils in them. That's not an easy thing to do, lol. I tried making my own lotion several times and they didn't come out very well. I even bought a lotion base and added powdered herbs in that...not a good idea either, lol.
