Although diluted essential oil blends are the safest way to apply them to the
skin, irritation can still occur in rare instances.
Please note the following: MOST of the massage oil versions are 2.5%-3% dilution and
the Roll-on Version is a 5%-7% dilution.
If they are stronger it will be noted along side that particular Massage oil or Roll-on.
Discontinue use of these products if irritation or
sensitivity should develop. Wash off skin with warm soapy water and rinse well.

If you are tired of smelling like Peppermint and Eucalyptus, the two most commonly used
essential oil used in joint and muscle rubs you might want to try something that has been described as very pleasant,
sweet at times, like licorice (one tester thought so), one thought it smelled chocolately, but most said it was a
nice change from the mint and camphor smells.
WHAT'S the DIFFERENCE in the TWO Formulas? The 2 formulas differ in the amounts of essential oils used in the blending. Remember we
list the most prevalent essential oil at the beginning with the least at the end. Formula Two - Sweet Muscle Relief

Do not use for massage at all. Only apply a few drops to the scar.
Rub very lightly.
Apply small amounts several times a day,

Penny used this blend after having her abdominoplasty. This surgery for those that
are not familiar has a very long incision. After the sutures (stitches and staples) were removed and the skin had entirely
closed up she began to apply this to the scar, several times a day.
Only small amounts are needed. Just put a thin coating
on the scar incision. Within about 6 months the scar was almost totally gone except for a small thin line.
Will you get the same results? We can't tell as everyone skin has a different makeup. But it is a simple and inexpensive
thing to try. We know of others that have used Helichrysum and rosehipseed oil mixed together and have had similar results.
