PREPARATION

- What you will need.

A small glass bowl or small sauce pan
Large mixing bowl or Extra large if mixing the 10- 16 loaf batches.
Shortening (all vegetable) for greasing pans and the tops of baked loaves.
A pastry brush
Loaf pans of the appropriate size. 
I recommend a 1 pound loaf - 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 3/4"
All ingredients for the recipes.
Cooling racks (a must also).
Oven temperature set at 350 degrees.
