PROPERTIES &
USES:
Therapeutic: Analgesic, antibacterial,
antimicrobial,
antiseptic, aphrodisiac, carminative,
digesstive,
emmenagogue, expectorant. germicide, sedative,
stimulant, stomachic, styptic, vermifuge.
Medical: Internal - Amenorrhea,
candida, circulation (slow),
colic, cough, diarrhea, exhaustion, flatulence,
infection, intestinal
parasites, stress and typhoid.
External: bites, colds, coughs,
influenza, lice, rheumatish, scabies,
tinea (athlete's foot), toothache, warts.
Industry & Household uses:
Commonly used for toothpastes,
mouthwashes, cough syrups, dental
preparations, soaps,
cosmetics, food flavoring, soft drinks
including Coca Cola.
BLENDS with: Ylang ylang, orange,
mandarin, balsam,
peppermint, frankincense, myrhh. .
CAUTIONS: Not
to be used during pregnancy. May cause
skin irritation - do skin test if
used in excess. Could cause
tachycardia, increased respiration
and perspiration..
*Any essential oils - ingested in large
amounts can be fatal.*

INHALATION for
Chest Colds and coughs
Cinnamon - 6 drops
Rosemary - 6 drops
Pine - 6 drops
Thyme - 3 drops
Blend these oils together then use 4-5
drops in
18 oz of hot water. Inhale.

LICE and SCABBIES
(EXTERNAL USE ONLY!!)
Cinnamon (2 drops)
Rosemary (2 drops)
Pine (2 drops)
Thyme (1 drop)
5 ml of Carrier oil
Mix oils, put directly on affected area.
Be sure to
do a skin test on inside of Forearm first!!
