What is this? A SPECIAL DEAL FOR YOU!!

For those of you that like surprises and special price offerings and don't mind getting a short email notice about once a month.

Oh and these notices will come at different times of the month - Kind of a 'surprise'. This may be right up your alley!

What we do is send you a short e-mail notice that will include a special promotional coupon code.

We thought long and hard and decided to have a
"Limited time SALE" on the products of our on line catalog

Sorry, but there is no discount on some of the kits including the Aromatherapists Dream kit - which is already at a super discount, several of the diffusers that are at very low prices and items that are in gallons or convenience packs or bulk essential oils - 120ml or greater as these are already at a large discount.

Most Special Deal Sales will last about 5 days. Some May be a Super Saving Sales that will only be a "2 -3 day" sale. So you'll want to be sure to read your Notice to find out the details and to get your Coupon Code.

How the discount will work is: The more you spend, the more you save. The Shopping Cart will figure out your savings.

And of course, if your order is over $100.00 it will also qualify for discounted shipping.

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART: ONLY those that get the e-mail notices will get the "SPECIAL CODE" to enter in the Redeem Coupon space on the shopping cart. As you add items to the cart you can watch the savings being calculated.

So be sure to enter your code as soon as you add your first item to your shopping cart.

In a rare instance that the code won't work - you will have an opportunity to 'type' it in as you fill in your billing and shipping information. That way, we know that you got the Special Code in the e-mail notice.

The Code cannot be used on Phone or Mail Orders, only on orders placed through the Shopping Cart On line.

And any orders sent in by mail will be received past the Sale offering time frame. (Sorry)

If You don't need to order anything at the time you can simply hit the delete key. (Check the notice though as it will have the next sale date listedl, but not the new code).

But then again, you might want to save the code or e-mail for a few days, just in case you do need something!

If not, then rest assured you'll get the next notice and you may be in need of something at that time.

and that you can unsubscribe from this notice at any time.

Remember this please, if you don't want to receive these notices, just kindly unsubscribe and do not report this as spam, as it is not spam, because you signed up for it. Remember???

And we agree to send you a Special Sale discount Code about once a month.

If you have previously signed up for other interest catagories you may see them listed after you click "Go".

Simple type your e-mail address in the form below and click "GO". The form will take you to a page where you will verify your e-mail address. Simply check the box(es) for the "SPECIAL DEAL FOR YOU" or any of the other interest catagories such as the Newsletter and /or the Recipe files, etc and then Click on the "submit" button and you are set! You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you have tried to sign up to receive notices from us but it does not come through - email us at bhhinfo@birchhillhappenings.com. We have information you may want to send to your ISP to have them unblock and allow you to receive notices from our service. Like I said it is rare for you to not get our notifications. Usually you won't get the notices because you have filters on your e-mail service. Let us know if this is not the case and hopefully we can help you get your notices.
