PROPERTIES &
USES:
Therapeutic: antibacterial,
antidepressant, antidiarrhetic,
anti-inflammatory, astringent, deodorant,
diuretic, insecticide,
sedative, tonic vasodilator,
Medical: Internal - asthma,
slow circulation, colitis, cystitis,
diarrhea, fluid retention, hypoglycemia,
liver-congestion,
menstruation, menopause, sore throat
External: bruises, burns, cut, depression,
eczema, hemorrhoids,
insect bites, rheumatism, dry and oils
skin, wounds.
Industry & Household uses:
Jam & jellies, talcum powder, cosmetics,
BLENDS
with: Bergamot, clove bud, grapefruit, jasmine, juniper berry, lemon, peppermint,
rose, and sandalwood
CAUTIONS:
Not recommended in early pregnancy, can irritate skin (so do a skin
test), can cause insomnia and restlessness. Avoid long use treatment.
*Any essential oils - ingested in large
amounts can be fatal.*
*Keep out of reach of children.*
HELPFUL HINT:
A Geranium plant in the house helps to
repel insects and bugs.

4 parts Clary Sage
4 parts Ylang ylang,
3 parts Geranium
2 part Basil
1 part Sandalwood
Mix in amber bottle and use in atomizer
or put 4-6 drops in an aroma lamp

FOR a BACK ACHE
MASSAGE
2 tablespoons Almond oil,
10 drops Lavender
6 drops Rosemary
6 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Geranium
Mix in Amber bottle,
Shake and apply to areas of discomfort.
