PROPERTIES & USES:
Therapeutic: Antibacterial, antidepressant, antiseptic,
digestive, diuretic,
stimulant, tonic.
Medical: Chills, slow circulation, colds, depression,
nervous
exhaustion, fatigue, flu, obesity. Also used for acne, cellulite,
oily
hair and skin, headache, muscle soreness, premenstrual tension,
stress.
Industry & Household uses: Soft drinks, alcoholic
drinks, cosmetics, detergents, soaps and perfumes.
BLENDS with: other citrus oils, cypress, juniper, lavender, neroli.
petigrain, pine, geranium, rosemary, black pepper.
CAUTIONS: This oil has a short shelf life.
As with all citrus oils - caution before applying to the skin
before exposure to the sun.
*Any essential oils - ingested in large amounts can be fatal.*

This is a great relaxer and soother.
6 drops Grapefruit
6 drops Bergamot
6 drops Lime
4 drops Ginger
2 drops Sandalwood
Blend all oils and use in diffuser or atomizer
or place 5-6 drops in your bath.

Peaceful Sleep Body Oil
To ease night sweats and promote sleep
4 tablespoons carrier oil
1 teaspoon borage or evening primrose oil
10 drops Lavender
6 drops Grapefruit
5 drops Marjoram
4 drops Cypress
In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils, Add 1 tsp. Borage
or
evening primrose oil (or a combination). Add the carrier oil and
shake well. Apply nightly on chest and neck areas. This is a body
oil and can be used freely on the body.
