Note - Top notePROPERTIES & USES:
Therapeutic: Analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-rheumetic,
antiviral, decongestant, expectorant, stimulant. antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, insecticide, vermifuge.Medical: Internal - asthma, bronchitis, candida, cough,
diarrhea, fever, headache, flu lung infections, parasites,
pneumonia, sinusitis, respiratory infections, viral infections, urinary tract infections, vaginitis, sore throats.External: improve alertness, bruises, lack of concentration,
dandruff, insect bites, muscle stiffness, sinus congestion, infections, abscesses, arthritis, headache, sprains.Industry & Household uses: antiseptics, soaps, linaments,
cough syrups, toothpaste, detergents.BLENDS with: Cedarwood, Lavender, Lemon, Pine, Rosemary
and Thyme.CAUTIONS: Do not exceed dosage, or take with prescribed
medications. Avoid with history of epilepsy, hypertension, liver
complaints or gastrointestinal inflammation. Can cause skin
irritation if not diluted.

With Cough,Flu and Cold season upon us here are several recipes that might give you relief from the miserable symptoms these problems cause. Remember that a little essential oils go a long way.
Be careful to not over do - even a good thing!FOR COUGHS AND CROUP
Use Eucalyptus (several drops) in a pan of water on low heat or put
in a vaporizer or diffuser. This will disperse into the room
and help break up mucous and reduce coughing.COLD COMBATING BLEND
Orange - 20 drops
Eucalyptus - 10 drops
Juniper berry 10 drops
Pine Needle - 10 drops
Basil - 6 drops
Rose wood - 6 drops
Ginger - 4 drops
Blend all together and us in a diffuser or a few drops in a bath !!

Tea Tree - 65 drops
Thyme - 50 drops
Eucalyptus - 35 drops
Pure Water - 4 ounces
(500 Formulas by Schiller and Schiller)
Mix together and spritz in the room.
(Al and Penny suggests - omit the water and place a few drops in a diffuser or several ml's in an atomizer)

RUBBING OIL
Marjoram 10 drops
Eucalyptus 8 drops
Cajuput 4 drops
Black Pepper 2 drops
1 cup carrier oil
Mix all oils and add to the carrier oil- shake well and
warm gently before massaging on sore joints.

ATHLETES FOOT RELIEF OIL
Carrier oil - 2 oz
Tea Tree - 10 drops
Eucalyptus - 8 drops
Myrrh - 6 drops
Thyme - 6 drops
Place in a clean container and blend together. Apply a few drops directly to affected area. once or twice a day. (This will not cure Athletes foot over night. You should get relief within a day or two. Be consistent and with continued use your feet will feel better quickly. Fungal infections - which is what Athlete's foot is can take several weeks to be cured. First, We would like to Thank Everyone for continuing their
interest in and studying of Aromatherapy and supporting of
our business.
Throughout these past several years we have truly enjoyed
your questions and providing you with answers.
We extend this to each and everyone of you and welcome
your inquiries throughout the coming year too!
We are a small business (just the 2 of us - Alan and Penny), we strive and want to keep it personal and individualized. So please if you have questions or special aromatherapy needs please ask.We know how expensive aromatherapy can be and know
many of you would like to try different oils. We have new "sampler" and "travel" kits. If any of you should have ideas of what you would like to see in a "kit". Please let us know.
