PROPERTIES & USES:
antifungal, carminative, cell proliferant,
disinfectant, diaphoretic, diuretic, digestive,
hypotensive, laxitive,sedative, stomachic,
Medical: Internal - bronchitis,
colic, constipation, colitis
cough, gastritis, hypertension, respiratory
External: Arthritis, bruises, hyperactivity,
PMS tension, muscle spasm,
sprains and vertigo.
Industry & Household uses:
used as a seasoning in spice compounds,
meat, sauces, canned food, vinegars,
used in soft drinks and alcohol.
Fragrance in soaps and perfumes.
BLENDS with: Bergamot, cedarwood,
chamomile, cypress, eucalyptus,
grapefrut, lavender, peppermint, rosemary,
sweet orange and tea tree.

30 drops Marjoram
30 drops Cajuput
30 drops Lavender
30 drops Petitgrain
30 drops Vetiver
4 ounces pure water
Shake well and spray in the room
This also works on overactive kids.
Spray in evening and before bed to help

Put a couple of drops of Marjoram
in a warm Bath and enjoy!
A SLEEP MASSAGE
4 drops Spruce Needle
4 drops Marjoram
4 drops Melissa
3 drops Allspice
in 15 ml of Carrier oil.
Mix all ingredients and use to massage.
