<<<<<<<<<<HELPFUL INFO>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Something I have discovered since my surgery is how to remove bandaids or other wound / scar covering tape placed over your 'boo boo'.  Since you don't want it to cause a lot of pain or possibly even damage to the wound/ scar/incision that is underneath.   I simply put a few drops of Lavender on a cotton ball and gently rub it on the skin and under the tape. Soon the tape is lifting away from the skin and doesn't cause any pain or damage to the skin or underlying tissues. Try it the next time you have to remove a bandaid or need to replace one and the current one is still 'stuck' in place!
After you have cleaned the area - let the lavender evaporate (takes about 5 minutes) before applying another bandaid or tape.   Here's to speedy and painless healing!!!  Penny
