    Eucalyptus - 15 drops
    Lavender - 15 drops

    Tea Tree - 15 drops
Mix these essential oils together and diffuse in your favorite diffuser.  This blend can be used night or day.  Can also be placed on a cotton ball and tucked inside your pillow at bedtime.  If using in a child's pillow use only a couple drops.

If you would like to add a variation to the above blend you can add Chamomile 15 drops - this will sometimes help for those types of congestion that produces a cough.

The above blend can be quite strong so start with a few drops at a time.  Adjust as needed.
