USES: This oil is used to fight
depression, anxiety, digestive system,
nervous conditions, muscular spasm and
is sedative, antiseptic, antibacterial and fungicidal.
This oil is cold pressed from the peels
of the fruit. It has a light fruity scent.
Mixes well with lavender, neroli, lemon,
clary sage, myrrh, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove.
CAUTIONS: As all citrus oils are
phototoxic, it is important to not expose yourself to direct sunlight after
applying this oil. In some people may cause a dermatitis.
This oil is generally considered non-toxic.
As with any essential oils - ingested
in large amounts can be fatal.
Keep out of reach of children.

With winter just around the corner we all
know the little creatures of the field and forest will be looking for warmer
quarters.
To help avoid mice from ruining your well
deserved sleep and getting into your pantry, you may want to try placing
cotton balls with a few drops of peppermint or spearmint on them in these
areas.
You can make up a spray bottle mixed with
water,
alcohol and a few drops of oils.
Spray in areas when mice try to enter
the home.

Sweet Dreams - a pillow spray
15 ml of distilled water
2 drops of Lavender
1 drop Chamomile
1 drop Orange
1 drop Ylang Ylang
Shake well and spritz on pillow cases.
Let dry.
