ALERTNESS MASSAGE Ginger - 6 drops Grapefruit- 5 drops Juniper Berry 4 drops 15 ml of a carrier oil Mix all ingredients, massage into temples and back of neck. |
Here's a good "Pickme up" if
1 teaspoon - Wheat Germ oil 8 drops - Lavender 8 drops - Ylang ylang 2 drops - Basil 2 drops - Geranium 2 drops - Bergamot Mix above ingredients in a small bottle (amber is best). Then apply a small amount on back of hands and pressure points on front of hands. Use 2 - 3 times daily. |

Fatigue Relief Massage Blend Grapefruit - 6 dropsPalmarosa - 5 drops Thyme - 4 drops Carrier Oil of your choice - 15 ml Blend essential oils in carrier oil. Shake well and use as needed. (500 Formulas for Aromatherapy by Schiller and Schiller) |
Mental Clarity Spray Lemongrass - 50 dropsRosemary - 40 drops Niaouli - 40 drops Cedarwood - 20 drops Pure water - 4 ounces (120 ml) Mix essential oils, add water, Shake well. Put in sprayer and use when needed. (From the Little Giant Book of Aromatherapy by Schiller & Schiller) |

A LITTLE UPLIFTER 4 drops - Clary Sage4 drops - Ylang ylang, 3 drops - Geranium 2 drops - Basil 1 drop - Sandalwood Mix in amber bottle and use in atomizer or diffuser or put 4-6 drops in an aroma lamp |
One of Penny's Favorite Blends 6 drops - Grapefruit4 drops - Spearmint Blend together and add to any diffuser or place on a cotton ball. This reminds me of one of the Wrigley Gums. It's a great pickme upper and people at the office just think someone is chewing a fresh stick of gum. |

FOR Your BATH Refreshing bath oil. 4 drops Fir4 drops Geranium 4 drops Spearmint 2 drops Juniper Berry 2 drops Lemon and 1 teaspoon carrier oil Mix well and add to a tub of very warm water and RELAX!! |
ALERTNESS MIST SPRAY 40 drops Bergamot40 drops Grapefruit 40 drops Peppermint 30 drops Juniper Berry 25 drops Lavender 4 ounces of pure water. Shake and spray from a mist sprayer. |

ENLIVENING 50ml of Carrier Oil such as Almond Oil4 drops Peppermint 4 drops Geranium 10 drops Rosemary Mix the essential oils, then add the Carrier Oil and Mix. Apply after or during a bath. This is an excellent blend for those experiencing Jet Lag. (from The Encyclopedia of Aromatherapy by Chrissie Wildwood). |
REFRESHING SPRAY #2 Distilled water - 4 ozLime - 50 drops Grapefruit- 50 drops Orange, - 10 drops Patchouli - 10 drops Emulsifier - 5 ml Add essential oils and emulsifier into a clean bottle then pour distilled water into the bottle Shake well then spritz in the air. Shake well before each use. The above 2 blends can be used in any diffuser by omitting the emulsifier and water. Just blend in an amber bottle, shake well and then apply a few drops to your favorite diffuser. (500 Formulas for Aromatherapy by Schiller and Schiller) |

ENERGIZE ME!!! Lavender − 8 dropsLemon − 2 Lemon Orange − 6 drops Rosemary − 4 drops Blend these well in an amber bottle. Then diffuse in the air as needed. Or place in a Personal inhaler. |

FATIGUE BLEND Cedarwood - 6 dropsBay laurel - 4 drops Spruce - 4 drops Sweet almond oil - 2 ounces Blend all essential oils in a PET plastic bottles, then add the Sweet Sweet almond oil. Shake well. Use for massage when you need a little more energy. Especially good to massage on tired legs and the lower back. |
