Aromatherapy Recipes
using Essential oils for
Depression


FOR MILD DEPRESSION

Take a bath with a teaspoon of this Blend added to the water:
50 ml Sunflower oil
6 drops Lemon
12 drops Coriander
6 drops Neroli
5 drops Ylang ylang

For PMS and DEPRESSION

Rose 5% 5 drops
Clary Sage 12 drops
Bergamot 9 drops
Blend together and add 5-7 drops in bath. You might want to add a carrier oil to bath water too!
