Geranium 1 drop
Lavender 2 drops
Sweet almond oil - 1 Tablespoon
Blend essential oils with Almond oil and use on your face after cleaning and toning. Use a few drops of this blended mixture as needed.
Neroli - 2 drops
Roman Chamomile - 1 drop
Sweet almond oil - 1 tablespoon
Blend oils with almond oil and use on your face. Use a few drops of this blended mixture as needed.
Frankincense 2 drops
Rose 1 drop
Sweet almond oil 1 Tablespoon
Blend essential oils with almond oil and use on your face to tone and rejuvenate mature skin. Use a few drops of this blended mixture as needed.
In any of these blends the Almond Oil can be substituted for another oil of your choice or moisturizing lotion.
Just remember the essential oils should be blended with the carrier oil or lotion at least 1-2 days in advance so the oils can blend thoroughly.
Bergamot 3 drops
Geranium 2 drops
Lavender 3 drops
Use the above essential oils blend in a Scentball diffuser, Tea light diffuser or a fan diffuser while entertaining. This blend gives a wonderful atmosphere when friends are gathered together!
Black Pepper 2 drops
Grapefruit 2 drops
Jasmine 2 drops
Use the above blend in your tealight diffuser, it will set the evenings atmosphere for what lies ahead!
Niaouli - 5 drops
Lavender - 4 drops
Black Pepper - 3 drops
Pine needle - 3 drops
Fractionated Coconut oil or MCT oil - 15 ml
Mix essential oils then add carrier oil. Warm slightly and use for massage.
- In a warm bath put 4 drops Roman Chamomile and 2 Lavender Do this before bed as this is a relaxing blend!
4 drops Orange
3 drops Anise
3 drops Cedarwood
3 drops Neroli
2 drops Roman Chamomile
15 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing massage.
20 drops Roman Chamomile
15 drops Lavender
10 drops Clary Sage
10 drops Geranium
5 drops Ylang Ylang
Blend oils in a glass bottle and add to diffuser as needed.
Jojoba - 5 ml
Roman Chamomile - 3 drops
Ylang Ylang - 3 drops
Jasmine - 1 drop
Rose - 1 drop
Add essential oils to Jojoba. Can be worn as a fragrance or inhaled from the bottle or cotton ball. Store in a glass bottle.
If worn as fragrance be sure to dab on pulse points, and behind the ears.
Orange - 20 drops
Eucalyptus - 10 drops
Juniper berry 10 drops
Pine Needle - 10 drops
Basil - 6 drops
Rosewood - 6 drops
Ginger - 4 drops
Blend all together and use in a diffuser or you can add about 5-6 drops in a bath !!
Marjoram 10 drops
Eucalyptus 8 drops
Cajeput 4 drops
Black Pepper 2 drops
MCT or Fractionated Coconut oil - 8 ounces
Mix all oils and add to the carrier oil - shake well and warm gently before massaging on sore joints.
