Aromatherapy Recipes
using Essential oils for
Women's health Concerns


Rose 5% 5 drops
Clary Sage 12 drops
Bergamot 9 drops
Blend together and add 5-7 drops in bath. You might want to add a carrier oil to bath water too!

For Women only * Peaceful Sleep Body Oil

To ease night sweats and promote sleep 4 tablespoons - Almond oil 
1 teaspoon - Borage 
(or Evening Primrose oil)
10 drops - Lavender
6 drops - Grapefruit
5 drops - Marjoram
4 drops - Cypress
In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils, Add 1 tsp. Borage or 
evening primrose oil (or a combination). Add the carrier oil and
shake well. Apply nightly on chest and neck areas. This is a body 
oil and can be used freely on the body. 


Roman Chamomile - 7 drops
Geranium - 7 drops
Lavender - 7 drops
Rose 5% - 10 drops
Clary Sage - 4 drops
Jojoba - 30 ml

Blend together and use at the onset of period, massage into lower back at least once a day.

Clary Sage − 4 drops
Fennel 2 drops
Geranium − 2 drops
1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil

Mix all oils together − Rub gently on your abdomen as needed.

(This recipe comes from Aromatherapy through the Seasons by J. Fitzsimmons and P. Bousquet)


This blend is good to help with hormonal imbalances and mild depression.
Bergamot - 3 drops
Myrrh - 2 drops
Ylang Ylang - 2 drops
Fennel - 4 drops
Geranium - 4 drops

Blend all essential oils in an amber bottles . Mill well then diffuse or put in a bath and enjoy.



Neroli - 10 drops
Lavender 10 drops
Frankincense - 10 drops
Rosemary 2 drops
Fennel 10 drops
Lemon 3 drops
Carrotseed -10 drops
Evening Primrose oil or Rosehipseed oil -10 drops
2 tablespoons of ONE of the following - Hazelnut, Sweet almond or Apricot Kernel

Blend all ingredients in an amber bottle. After it is well blended, apply a few drops to the face and neck area each night after cleansing and toning your skin.

If you want to use the Evening Primrose Oil in this blend the easiest and most cost effective is to buy Evening Primrose Capsules (Gel capsules) and cut the end off and squeeze the oil into your blend. Since it is such a small amount that it is needed.
