Realize we work very hard to bring you the best and highest quality Products at the lowest prices so that everyone can afford to use these wonderful natures gift.

In order for us to know that you have been Referred to us by One of our Current Customers and for us to be able to send them a Special Thank you (and give them points towards the Referral Program) we need you to Simply Place their Name they gave you in the Space below and Click the Add to Cart Button.

This will let us know that you were Referred by SOME ONE Very Special, not only to you but to us too. We can easily acknowledge and Thank them.

Once you have filled in the Referred Space above and Clicked on the Add to Cart Button, you will be taken to our "View cart" page. You will see your Friends name listed as Referred by. As long as you don't Empty your Cart their name will appear on your View Cart page. If you accidently "Empty your Cart" you will need to return to this page and reenter their name and 'click' the add to cart once again!

This is Great!! Then simply Click on the Continue Shopping Button on the upper part of that page and you maybe returned to this page. If so just simply Click on the "NEXT" or "BACK" buttons found on the upper half of this page or the Logo at the upper Left page and it will take you to the start of our On Line Catalog page and Table of Contents of the products we sell.

Give yourself plenty of time to browse and shop as we have a very large website. Our Catalog/product pages are about 25-30 pages filled with wonderful essential oils and aromatherapy supplies.

The rest of our website contains 350 plus pages and are filled with helpful information. Please be sure to use the "Search Box" if you have questions about something or if you can't locate an item you want to purchase.

In Case you haven't had a chance to visit throughout our website and before you place your order Please note a few things:

We aim to please and provide you with the best quality products available at low and reasonaable price. But then you probably already know that because of the Wonderful Customer of ours that Referred you to us.

You need to know due to the nature of the majority of the items we sell you cannot return the some of the items.

Please realize that we cannot guarantee Purity to resell these items once they leave our facility and you should keep that in mind too. Especially if you find a company that does take returns. You should ask - Are you assured that they didn't rebottle a product that was returned? and How do you REALLY know it is safe and pure?

Well, because of that very reason we cannot take back certain items. No we don't want folks to think we are too strict but any of the following items are not returnable, not refundable.

To be honest with you though - we can count on one hand the number of folks that did not or could not use one of our products either through no fault of their own (allergic) or they just didn't like it (one case).

Please order in Small quantities if you are not sure you will like the item.

Not Returnable and Not Refundable Items include the following: Essential oils, Synergy Blends, Carrier oils, Personal care products such as Shampoos, Conditioners and lotions. Bar Soaps. Pretty much anything that is in a liquid or cream form cannot be returned. Diffusers if used cannot be returned.

Most everything else we offer may be able to be returned if you contact us immediately. You can see our complete Return policy on our Ordering information page.
