REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM

We Appreciate you Spreading the Word!

Every Business loves to hear that their newest customers were referred to them by a one of their Current Customers.

It is one of the nicest compliments a business owner can receive.

And here at Birch Hill Happenings Aromatherapy, LLC we are very appreciative.

Since it's just Al and Penny that work here, the compliment is really heart felt.

Most of you already realize we work very hard to bring you the best and highest quality Products at the lowest prices so that everyone can afford to use these wonderful natures gift.

But when it comes to saying Thank You to the Referral person, we often come up with a 'blank' name.

Folks will tell us they were referred by 'someone' but we never really hear (or read) who it is.

Well, we felt it was time to 'fix' this problem!

First we want to tell the person that was Referred to us "Thank You" for coming and shopping at our store.

And Secondly we want give a Thank You to the person that sent them to us.

So we have been working out a plan and have come up with the following:

First for Our CURRENT CUSTOMER:
(a Current Customer is a person who has previously ordered from us.)

Send us an E-mail that you would like to become part of our Referral Reward Program.

Once we have verified you are a Current Customer we will send you a Special Page URL to give (or e-mail) to those you are referring to us.

Once you get this information it it time to SPREAD the Word.

Make it 'viral' as they say. Tell your Twitter Friends, Your Facebook Friends - anyone you want to let know! (You can send e-mails to your friends and relatives but don't get caught spamming as we will disqualify you from the program immediately).

FOR THE NEW CUSTOMER that was REFERRED:
On the Special Page URL you give to the person you are referring to us, they will be able to learn what they need to do to give you credit for their First Order.

WHAT's in STORE FOR the CURRENT CUSTOMER
that Referred this New Customer, who then placed their First Order?

You will be sent a Gift Certificate, around the 15th of the month for the referrals through the end of the previous month, for 5% of the product orders total (not including shipping costs) for the First order placed by the new customer you Referred.

The Gift Certificate will be good for 75-90 days for you to use on your next order to us!!

WOW!! What a great way for you to send us Referrals and get REWARDED.

It also tells us that you appreciate the products and services we provide and the best part -
it's a GREAT WAY for us to say THANK YOU for the REFERRALS!!

We may have a Special Reward once you have Referred "X" number of new customers to us. We are still figuring this one out!

Any way lets Get you signed up. Simply send us an E-mail now letting us know you want to Participate.

Make sure you include your First and Last Name and State that you reside in. We have several folks that have the 'same first and last' name but live in different States. We don't want to give your Referral Credits to the wrong person.

Also when your Gift Certificates are sent they will be sent to you by E-mail. So make sure you give us your correct and current e-mail address.

Simply put in the Subject line: "I want to Particpate in the Referral Rewards Program".
and Send it on it's way to us.

We can't wait to see who you start referring to us!!

We will send you some helpful information to help you get those Referred folks the information they need so you can encourage them to place that First Order.

Of course this shouldn't be very hard as YOU already are our Wonderful Customer and you know our products and how we want to take care of you and your aromatherapy needs.
