Rosemary is used for headaches, colds, nausea, concentration, exhaustion, mental fatigue. It is used in Acne, dandruff, dermatitis, oily hair, lice, migraines, sprains, wounds and swelling.

2 tablespoons Carrier Oil
10 drops Lavender
6 drops Rosemary
6 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Geranium
Place the essential oils in an amber glass bottle. Mix well. Add the 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Shake gently to mix well. Place a small amount to the area of the back discomfort.
This can also be applied prior strenuous activity or after you've over done it.
50ml of Almond Oil
4 drops Peppermint
4 drops Geranium
10 drops Rosemary.
Mix the essential oils, then add the carrier oil and Mix.
Apply after or during a bath.
This is an excellent blend for those experiencing time issues such as Jet Lag.
