Tea Tree - Melaleuca alternifolia
Processed - Steam distilled
Country of Origin - New South Wales, Australia
Part Used - Leaves and branches
Smell - spicey, medicinal
Note - Top note

PROPERTIES: Antibiotic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, expectorant, decongestant.

USES: Tea tree is used in perfumery, household, mouthwashes, shampoos. Every Household should have this oil in their first aid kit.

BLENDS with: Bay, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cajuput, Cedarwood atlas, Lavender, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Thyme, Vetiver. 
CAUTIONS: Avoid use in the 1st trimester of pregnancy Can be a skin irritant to sensitive skin - do a patch test before using. As with any essential oils - ingested in large amounts can be fatal. Keep out of reach of children.

For Anti-septic action in laundry, add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to each wash load.

ROOM Disinfectant
Tea Tree - 65 drops
Thyme - 50 drops
Eucalyptus - 35 drops
Distilled Water - 4 ounces.
Mix above ingredients in a spray bottle Shake well and Spray.

For SORE MUSCLES
- Massage Oil
grapefruit - 5 drops
rose - 5 drops
tea tree - 3 drops
spearmint - 2 drops
Carrier oil of your choice - 15 ml
Mix together and massage into sore muscle
