We are asked very often if we sell or have a wholesale price list.

Sorry, but No we don't have a 'wholesale price list' as WE ARE RETAILERS!!

BUT What we have decided to do is to offer to legitimate businesses a 10% discount on any size order.
No other discounts would apply - Shipping charges would still be applied.

Also, many times we are asked if we give discounts to health professionals?

Well, yes and No. If you have a legitimate business associated with your profession you would qualify for a discounts.

Examples of someone that might qualify would be a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist or Aromatherapist that has a licensed business registered with the city or state. You would have a permit or such that allows you to practice and make sales to your customers. You might even have a Federal Employee ID number. Normally you have a business listing in the telephone book.

Others professions will typically & easily qualify include: Chiropractors, Dentists and Medical Doctors - as they are usually in business individually and are licensed by the states they practice in and have all the necessary Sales and Use tax id's.

Most often, as a health professional, you work for someone that does have a business and they will purchase the aromatherapy supplies you need and they can get the items at discount by qualifying (see below).

What we do offer is detailed below

Again, to reiterate: We have decided to offer to legitimate businesses a 10% discount on any size order.
No other discounts would apply - Shipping charges would still be applied. Discounts CANNOT be stacked with our Sales discounts. You will get the maximum discount we offer to anyone at anytime, which is 10%.

You will have to fill out an application and fax or mail it to us.

You will receive a "SPECIAL CODE" to use each time you order.

Orders will ONLY be shipped to the Business address on file.

Orders MUST be placed ON-LINE ONLY. No Phone or Mail in orders.

If you forget to use the "SPECIAL CODE" when you place your order - you would not get the discount.

To Qualify - You must be a Registered Business in the state you live in.

You will need to send us proof of your Business License and/or Resale and Tax numbers.

If you are in the State of Minnesota you also need to fill out the State Sales Tax Exemption form for us to have on file.

We will send you an e-mail whether or not you qualified.

If you qualified you will receive your "Special Code" . You will need to keep it in a safe place.
