RUBBING OIL

Marjoram - 10 drops
Eucalyptus - 8 drops
Cajeput - 4 drops
Black Pepper - 2 drops
1 cup carrier oil of your choice

Mix all oils and add to the carrier oil- shake well and warm gently before massaging on sore joints.

A LITTLE UPLIFTER

4 drops - Clary Sage
4 drops - Ylang ylang,
3 drops - Geranium
2 drops - Basil
1 drop - Sandalwood

Mix in amber bottle and use in atomizer or diffuser or put 4-6 drops in an aroma lamp

FOR a BACK ACHE MASSAGE

2 tablespoons - Almond oil
10 drops - Lavender
6 drops - Rosemary
6 drops - Sandalwood
3 drops - Geranium

Mix in Amber bottle, Shake and apply to areas of discomfort.

HOLIDAY MIST SPRAYS or Christmas in July!!

Clove Bud - 40 drops
Cinnamon - 30 drops
Ginger - 30 drops
Orange - 20 drops
Emulsifier - 1 teaspoonful
Room Spray base - 4 oz

Blend the essential oils with the emulsifier. Then add Room Spray base. Shake well and mist Spray bottles available on our site.

Mist # 2

Pine - 75 drops
Cedarwood - 25 drops
Juniper Berry - 25 drops
Emulsifier - 1 teaspoonful
Room Spray base - 4 oz

Blend the essential oils with the emulsifier. Then add Room Spray base. Shake well and mist Spray bottles available on our site.

One of Penny's Favorite Blends

6 drops - Grapefruit
4 drops - Spearmint

Blend together and add to any diffuser or place on a cotton ball.

This reminds me of one of the Wrigley Gums. It's a great pickme upper and people at the office just think someone is chewing a fresh stick of gum.

For Women only * Peaceful Sleep Body Oil

To ease night sweats and promote sleep 4 tablespoons - Almond oil
1 teaspoon - Rosehip Seed oil
10 drops - Lavender
6 drops - Grapefruit
5 drops - Marjoram
4 drops - Cypress

In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils, Add 1 tsp. Rosehip Seed oil Add the carrier oil and shake well. Apply nightly on chest and neck areas. This is a body oil and can be used freely on the body.

A Great Relaxer and Soother

6 drops - Grapefruit
6 drops - Bergamot
6 drops - Lime
4 drops - Ginger
2 drops - Sandalwood

Blend all oils and use in diffuser or place 5-6 drops in your bath.
