ACHES, PAIN and RHEUMATISM

Rosemary - 10 drops
Juniper Berry -6 drops
Lavender - 8 drops
Castor oil - 1 1/2 ounces

Mix all oils, and apply externally as needed.

ALERTNESS MASSAGE

Ginger - 6 drops
Grapefruit- 5 drops
Juniper Berry - 4 drops 15 ml of a carrier oil

Blend all together and use for a wonderful massage.

Here's a good "Pickme up" if you're feeling "down".

2 Tablespoons - Sweet Almond oil 1 Tablespoon - Jojoba
8 drops - Lavender
8 drops - Ylang ylang
2 drops - Basil
2 drops - Geranium
2 drops - Bergamot FCF

Mix above ingredients in a small bottle.

Then apply a small amount on back of hands and pressure points on front of hands. Use 2 - 3 times daily.

FOR YOUR SPRAYER - a Light Wonderful Air Freshener

15 drops - Lavender
10 drops - Orange
10 drops -Lemon
10 drops - Grapefruit
6 drops - Lime
3 drops - Nutmeg Emulsifier - 4-5 ml
2 ounces - Room Spray base

Blend all the oils in a spray bottle, add the emulsifier and then the Room Spray base. Shake well and spray.

This is an excellent air freshener for pet odors.

We personally use this blend in our home. It really is great when mildew develops from high humidity days.

For your diffuser Stimulating Living Room Blend

8 drops - Grapefruit
4 drops - Lavender
4 drops - Lemon
2 drops - Basil

Blend in an Amber bottle and use in any diffuser.

FOR Your BATH Refreshing bath oil.

4 drops - Fir
4 drops -Geranium
4 drops - Spearmint
2 drops - Juniper Berry
2 drops - Lemon
1 teaspoon - carrier oil such as Jojoba

Mix well and add to a tub of very warm water and RELAX!!

CALMING SPRAY MIST

30 drops - Marjoram
30 drops - Cajuput
30 drops - Lavender
30 drops - Petitgrain
30 drops - Vetiver
6 ml - Emulsifier
4 ounces Room Spray Base

Mix essential oils with the emulsifier then add the Room Spray base. .

Shake well and spray in the room. This also works on overactive kids.

Spray in evening and before bed to help them sleep.

For SWEET DREAMS

Put a couple of drops of Marjoram and Lavender in a warm Bath and enjoy!

A SLEEP MASSAGE OIL

4 drops - Pine
4 drops - Marjoram
4 drops - Melissa
1 drops - Cinnamon
15 ml of Carrier oil.

Mix all ingredients and use to massage.

Nighty Night :-) !!

PET ODORS

Orange - 10 drops
Lavender - 10 drops
Lemon - 5 drops
Tea tree - 6 drops
Geranium - 5 drops
Nutmeg - 2 drops
Neroli - 3 drops

Blend these oils together then use 4-5 drops in any diffuser.
