For the OVERWORKED BACK

2 tablespoons Castor Oil or Fractionated Coconut oil
10 drops Lavender
6 drops Rosemary
6 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Geranium

Place the essential oils in an amber glass bottle. Mix well. Add the 2 tablespoons of Carrier Oil.

Shake gently to mix well. Place a small amount to the area of the back discomfort.

This can also be applied prior strenuous activity or after you've over done it.

ENLIVENING

50ml of Carrier Oil such as Coconut oil
10 drops Rosemary
4 drops Peppermint
4 drops Geranium

Mix the essential oils, then add the Carrier Oil and Mix. Apply after or during a bath. This is an excellent blend for those experiencing Jet Lag.

Skin Care Blend

10 drops Sandalwood
10 drops Bois de Rose AKA Rosewood
10 drops Lavender
30 ml Avocado or other Carrier Oil such as Camellia oil.

Mix and then massage on area. Use daily.

For a ROMANTIC MASSAGE

5 drops Sandalwood
15 drops Ylang ylang
3 drops Black Pepper
2 drops Ginger,
15 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil or MCT oil

Mix all oils and add to the carrier oil - shake well and warm gently before massaging, remember to give a reciprocating massage and enjoy!

ROOM Disinfectant

Tea Tree - 65 drops
Thyme - 50 drops
Eucalyptus - 35 drops
Emulsifier - 1 teaspoonsful
All Purpose Spray Cleaner - 4 ounces

Mix essential oil with emulsifier, then add to All Purpose Spray Cleaner base. Shake well and Spray.

For SORE MUSCLES - Massage Oil

Grapefruit - 5 drops
Rose - 5 drops
Tea Tree - 3 drops
Spearmint - 2 drops
Fractionated Coconut oil- 15 ml

Mix together and massage into any sore muscle

For your Spray bottle:

2 drops Citronella
2 drops Bergamot
2 drops Frankincense
2 drops Lemon
4 drops Lavender
2 ounces of distilled water

1 teaspoon Emulsifier
4 ounces Room Spray Base

Blend oils and emulsifier in a bottle, add Room Spray base, Shake well, then spray any room as desiredCaution - do not spray onto furniture.

Another one for your spray bottle:

10 drops Bergamot
40 drops Orange
30 drops Clove
5 drops Ginger
5 drops Cinnamon
5 drops Lemon
5 drops Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Emulsifier
4 ounces Room Spray Base

Blend oils and emulsifier in a bottle, add Room Spray base, Shake well, then spray any room as desired
